Exchange & Return Policy

We accept exchange requests within 2 days of delivery only.

After 2 days, we are unable to process any exchange or return requests — no exceptions.

To raise a request:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the product received
• Reason for exchange

Eligible reasons:

• Wrong size delivered
• Damaged or defective product received

Not eligible:

• Change of mind
• COD orders requesting a refund (exchange only)
• Requests made after 2 days of delivery

Note: Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
